Amenities include an advanced entertainment center with cable TV and VCR, DVD Player, CD player, and stereo. From your panoramic balcony overlooking the water, you’ll enjoy spectacular sunsets.

Imagine waking up to the blue horizon of the glittering Gulf, without leaving the comfort of your bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an adjoined full bath. The second large bedroom sleeps two to four people. It also has an adjoining full bath. A half bath is located on the main floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, pots, flatware, and oven. Other amenities include central A/C, ceiling fans, and washer/dryer.

Use of our large boat slip, located directly in front of the townhouse is made available to our guests at no additional charge.

Futura Yacht Club also provides our guests with a beautiful heated swimming pool, basketball courts, volleyball courts, tennis courts and boat ramp.
